When I first picked up this book, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I was soon drawn into the imaginative and thought-provoking world crafted by Suresh Nair.

The narrative centers around Rocky, a stray dog whose life takes a dramatic turn when he is adopted by a couple living in a luxurious building. At first, it seems like Rocky’s luck has finally changed for the better, but the story takes a darker turn as the same couple eventually abandons him, leaving him to die.
