The book is narrated in the most realistic way. It simplifies the term of finding our happy place. The Magic mindset is a key to helping us view things in a more advantageous way.
The book is divided into four sections –

3. Sustaining the Magic Mindset
4. Fun with Magic Mindset
The author’s father’s words are stuck in my head. He narrated the Buddha’s story where he explained a simple yet mind-blowing fact about being calm!
The book teaches us to be patient, train our mind according to the situation, find a purpose to hold on to, have a healthy lifestyle and mindset, how to control finance. The author gives us tips and tricks for handling situations beyond our control.
I’m sure everyone has come across a situation where the blast from the past keeps haunting us. And one of the chapters from this book talks about it.
It is one of my favorite chapters from the book. It helps us tackle the memories haunting us.
The author gradually explains to us the whole process with examples of her personal experience, and lessons from renowned personalities.
Also, the author gives us exercises at the end of each chapter which slowly builds our mindset. She focuses on the power of affirmation.
At the end of the book there’s a final part which is a part of a 14-day challenge which is beautiful and impactful.
Overall, a book you should read to feel more calmer and positive.
