Who knew a 10 week programme can change the way you live and the way you feel. The book is written in a simple yet elegant way explaining the minute details of microbiome imbalance causing the nutritional levels to drop or rise. It focuses on both mind and body’s interconnection.
The narration is brilliantly done which feels like a personal counseling session that explains how, what, and why your body and brain needs what it needs.

The book explains what’s TBBD and the 3 important Rs of the TBBD phases.
The SPAR technique intrigued me. The way how when and what part of eating is explained is really amazing.
